Expecting mothers must be at least 12 weeks along. Massage during pregnancy enhances the function of muscles and joints, improves general body tone, increases circulation and relieves mental and physical fatigue.

Hot stone massage is a unique type of massage session. This will help relax and ease tense muscles, improve circulation. The basalt river rocks are heated and maybe placed on different points of the body to help you relax and ease muscle tension.

Cupping therapy is an ancient healing method that may ease back pain, neck pain, headaches and other issues. It uses suction to pull on your skin and increase blood flow to the affected area.
